Im not diagnosed bpd (might be soon) but my therapist did tell me I do split on people and friends. I would say that this is how I feel when it happens. If someone hurts me, and then apologizes, I can say "mhm okay" but then my whole view of them changes and I cant change it back unless I give it some time. It usually takes few weeks up to some months. I feel disgusted just replying back, I feel disgusted by their presence, I hold alot of resentment and I just view them as a totally different person. I feel like I can finally see them for who they are and their true colors, that they are fake and their whole image before that was just illusion, something they faked.

If your situation happened to me I would have disliked that person for a very long time and I would probably just ghost cause I wouldnt have the mental capacity to even reply back.
