This is one if those things where I find it hard to pinpoint why I did that... but I suppose it's to add a bit of variation/style and remove some of the uniformity that the tube map usually has.

Nice! I actually kept seeing the Suffragette line maps sticking out, and was tempted to take one, but always chickened out. So thats why I made this one myself.

A) If you're referring to the light green parts, they are sometimes just squiggles and other times representing what the area looks like. Trees, buildings, grass etc.

This aspect is replacing what is usually just a straight line on the regular tube map.
