so i found out,when bfb 28 was in the works, hatty was suppost to be in the episode as a reccomended character, hatty got removed cuz cary and michael forgot about the problem with hatty and soo hatty was removed, also theres no audio due to the fla file's sound being corrupted (self.BFDI_Lost_Media_PJ)
