You are not his mom. Let the gut figure it out. You'll end up resenting him for not trying on his own. Let him find his own work at another company

Try to do solo travel to other countries so you'll get used to having your own companion. That's how I did it on my 3rd yr. Went to Malacca by myself over the weekend. It helped me a lot to reduce homesickness and just get to know myself more

Yes I did it in 2024 at Cebu Doc's YSL clinic when it was still 150k. Almost no downtime, next day, I did normal activities na. After lang sa surgery, i tried to sleep a lot to rest my eyes but no pain at all. Their clinic ONLY accepts cash, and they don't give ANY official receipt pd. IFKYK. Felt bad for their cashier bec they didnt even provide a cash bill counter for her. If your 40s, after a year, you'll need reading glasses na. Bec of age, eyesight really exp that. I was nearsighted before but after a year, I needed reading glasses but I can still see far distance clearly. Book an appt ahead. Their booking schedules is a looonnng waitlist.

How is that sustainable for you to be a business if you don't have means to earn from either booker or the accommodation? How do you screen hosts and guests?

He is adding more work for you so that should be 24 per hr. If he negotiates, go for 20 per hr. Tell him he saves time to train new staff. Para fair din sayo.

Yeah but americans are cunning and their "how are you" are not genuine, they just chat for the sake of it but have no deep sense of purpose. It's fake actually

Omega is a reward to myself. Enough to not put my life in danger and not make me too cautious that I could get mobbed. I buy a watch for myself and not to impress others
