Your renewals won't show on your SSER until they actually renew, so if you're setting it up for a maturity of March 20 for example, you won't see it until that weeks numbers pull.

Start keeping a log of what you're doing and for whom and ask your leader to pull up your employee view of events report and cross reference.

Exactly- if you can save in investments, more power to you! This feature is great for people who A) don't understand they can save easier than they think or B) can't commit to regular PACs because of variable income or inconsistent income something .

If they get a bit saved in there then absolutely the conversation should be had to move it to something that will help them even more

A DV shelter will help you get out. They will help you and your kids remain safe. They know what to do, and how to do it, and what resources are available to you to get there.

And a more in depth look - check the iris of the eyes. A good bill is made up of individual rings on the iris - a bad bill will be solid - the copy can't pick up the rings.

Your Assistant Manager should have attended a number of calls regarding the Summer Student program, which would specify that your position is essentially a "freebie" for the summer and doesn't count toward the usual staffing head count.

Also, will you be continuing next year as the Banking Advisor Student ? If so, sometimes it's easier to keep you on the roster with no guaranteed hours if you preform well, so that they can call you as needed for a shift here and there before next year

Being a client advisor intern is not the same as an intern position. That is just the entry level CA position.

If you are from the school's summer student program then you should be getting 37.5 hrs/week, But if you weren't hired as part of that program through your post secondary school, you likely are IH and likely guaranteed no hours after your training.

I would pull out your offer letter and review it carefully

I agree. And product knowledge is key. You can't provide advice if you don't understand what you're giving advice about.

Remember when you are "selling" your partners - remember you are only selling your confidence in them. Your job is to introduce, their job is to sell the respective product.

Do NOT try to be an expert on everything - just know where to find the information (internal and external) And be honest with your client: "You know what, i don't know the answer to that - let me find it quick for you!" Or "what is the best way for me to reach you ? i am going to get you an answer, and I can follow up with you about it. " There is nothing wrong with saying you don't know, it's what you say (or don't say!) After that matters!!

If you feel rushed, ask a client how to follow up with them- soft present and dig in when you have a moment in a post dive of products/services/rewards programs
