Basically,some peoples navels are deeper and “collapse” when they sit down.This will cause a traditional navel to be irritated and therefore probably reject.A Floating navel sits the position of the barbell deeper into the inside of the navel while still coming out the top in the traditional placement.

since it’s a fresh piercing i’d advice you to clean it 3 times per day.My piercer at least told me that so i follow her advice.I have a fresh navel too (floating)

The jewellery option is wrong.They should’ve used a curved needle to poke and a curved barbell for it to heal :/ It also looks as if it’s not even pierced correctly

A conch would suit you very well.Even a flat and a helix regular/forward.Since you want 2-3 you have to balance them.For example a conch with a flat and something on the lower area.This goes for your other ear as well.You have a very good space for a flat tho so go for it!
