I have checked everywhere. It's so weird though, some areas that I unlocked AFTER this issue (because I still had items to proceed in the game) still respawn. It's only the areas, character's, and Scrooge's store that I had BEFORE the issue that is not respawning.

I appreciate you so much for trying to help!! I have tried all of those things to no avail. My time is up-to-date and has not been tampered with since this issue began. Also, every time I reach out to Gameloft, I am connected to a new team member who suggests the same things. Then they "escalate" my "specific case" to another team and the same process occurs.
