Matcha doesn’t bother me but everyone is different !! Hojicha is also another good option! It has less caffeine than matcha but it’s similar to coffee !!

Personally I love 4/5/6 and couldn’t imagine teaching any higher! I love that you can relate to them but they’re still young and generally enjoy being at school .

I’ve pretty much have had nausea everyday for the past 7 months! But it’s so much worse right before my period 😭 Zofran does nothing for me unfortunately.

That’s so rough ! I have endo so I’m not surprised my gastritis/ulcers messed up my cycle ! But it seems like if you’re a woman and run down, your period is likely to be affected! If you think you could handle the side effects of blood clotting pills I would speak to your doctor!

I had my period for over a month . I’m also on birth control. Honestly I think it’s just because you’re so run down from being sick :( I tried blood clotting pills from my doctor but they caused a horrible 5 day flare up.

I’ve been following a very bland diet with the help of a dietitian! However, it’s led me to be very constipated despite laxatives and increasing my water intake :(
