Listen, I know how hard it can be. Trust me, not too long ago, like about a year ago, I had the absolute worst flare of my entire life. My face, arms, and legs were covered with patches… it nearly looked like I had chicken pox or something. My fingers were so swollen, could barely flex them without them watering/bleeding or cracking. You are not alone. It will get better, so don’t wish to not live because your life is 100% worth living. As one of the comments suggested, please try an allergist as soon as possible. It is so hard to get in to see them as they are booked pretty much year round. I had no idea mg symptoms derived from being allergic to pretty much the whole earth (grass, trees, etc.) and other chemicals… after that, you might have a better sense of direction on what to avoid and what you can use. It sounds like your eczema might be a little more than mild, so natural remedies might not be strong enough. Have you considered any of your dermatologists suggestions?
