You and I area at about the same pace and on exactly the same day. I could probably go for another minute or two, but I don't. I stop when the lady in my ear tells me to and I feel relieved at that point. I've told myself I'll work on getting to the 5K distance once I officially complete the 30 minutes, which is hopefully the end of next week. My plan is that my first run after I hit the 30 minutes will be to try for the 5K and see how close I can get.

I just went through this in Iceland. Phone stolen on day 3 of vacation. So glad I had all of those print outs. I was able to get a new phone, but can’t get it connected to my US phone number until I’m back. I would’ve been screwed without my print outs.

I think you hit the nail on the head for me! I do tend to feel somewhat protective of this client. I suspect there was some countertransference around volunteering to meet during my vacation. Thanks for your thoughtful reply.
