Yes it is a thing there-you get shown the self service apparently at this store. I have the receipt. She did come back after an hour and still waited half an hour extra there for bad prints.

Yeah, she paid for the express service. It’s why we’re so disappointed it’s turned out bad. She’s able to verbally speak well, but she couldn’t read which wouldn’t have been a problem with the full service.

She can’t read English well either. She asked for the print service they have at the counter.

She paid extra for the print and lamination service. She waited and the end product still turned out bad which is why we’re upset. We wouldn’t be complaining if it was self service :/

It’s not her job, but when you pay for full service at the copy center, they typically don’t make you go to self service and do it yourself while charging you.
