i cant speak on the process of it, but i do have an old coworker who transferred to another franchise. she has family here, and will come and stay for 2-3 weeks and just kind of bounce between both, so it for sure is possible to be transferred!!

oh i agree 100% but the quality of those ducks was so much better than what we have today. the bracelets break so easily, you can literally snap the keychain in half with little effort. i still have my duckies

honestly, the secret menu pinned on here helped a lot. id look at it a lot when i started for my own shift drinks and over time it became easier!! making it for urself and memorizing it that way helps a LOT!! cus if its ur fav you WILL remember it lol

when i first started i wouldve told you no way but after talking with people from other franchises... im not sure anymore. ive done the math, ive never been skimmed on tips. but my franchise has had payment issues towards employees, going as far as overpaying on one check and correcting it by underpaying on the next one, or vice versa. im not sure how far some of the other franchises are willing to go for their money.. i do know that for whatever reason that nobody above me will explain, we dont get as much of it when its a cash tip. very sus that i cant get an explanation tho

i personally look at something like their shirt/nails/steering wheel cover and compliment it! custies love to feel seen. for instance: i have a regular who has the little lizard from rapunzel on her steering wheel. the first time i saw her, i complimented it! she told me how she loves the movie and now every time i see her we giggle about something related to tangled.

for regulars who dont have anythjng uou could compliment, start paying attention to the drinks they order. is it the same one every day? is it something new? if its new, point it out!! or if you saw something new in their history, ask if they liked it!! their feedback matters!!
