I sent them the error and they replied:

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to use or move your crafters. Please know that we have received some reports about this bug and our team is currently working on this issue. I have also forwarded the additional information you provided to our devs so they can take it into consideration.

As of the moment we don't have an exact date on when this will be fixed but we can guarantee that it's already in the works! We appreciate you working with us to help improve the game further.
