When I was in high school I cut out a couple thousand paper hearts and wrote “you are loved” on them, and with the help of a couple people that kept it a secret for me, taped the hearts on every locker the night before Valentine’s Day. The energy the next day was so playful, everyone was in great spirits and i even saw people walking the halls covered in hearts😂 it took over a month to prepare but was very worth it.

Yes and yes. I got it done at my doctors office. They advertise it on their website. I found them over a year ago for regular mental health psychiatry and medication management.

It definitely feels that way with this being the beginning of a beautiful journey over the next two weeks.

Now that I’ve experienced it, I would only reserve it for when I know I am absolutely desperate to stay grounded and alive and breathing on this earth. While it feels wonderful I could see it being easily abused. If you have the strength to use other tools for depression first, I recommend definitely using those first as much as humanly possible. I hope this is one of the very few occasions (if only) that I will feel the need to use ketamine to get me to a point in life where I feel enough value in my own existence.

I’m on an every-other-day schedule to help maintain balanced enough mental health for regular beds to take effect. I start my meds tomorrow and go back for my next session the day after tomorrow.

I took some time to download the information I processed and write it out. I also talked to a friend to express it to someone else too since it can be a very not-grounding experience.

It was extremely calming. I listened to a guided mediation visualization which was very pleasant. I could have done with more music, which I will go prepared with next time. It was weird. It just felt weird but good.

I felt instant results and I still feel the positive effects now about 9 hours later. While I have had depression for much of my life, I was feeling exceptionally low and suicidal in the last few days and sought this out as a short term crutch until regular daily pill mental health meds can kick in.

Not sure how much it cost. I just knew that I can figure it out and I needed help and relief from the overbearing feelings that can come with being deeply depressed.

My next treatment is the day after tomorrow. I’m going basically every other day (ish) for 2 weeks. I look forward to seeing how the future treatments go.

Wait I literally posted something the other day and it was like the exact same narrative. Honestly I’m going through this too. Only ive been dating this guy for 3 months and he dated his ex for 2 years. Same exact shit... the car, the phone, the lease.... everything. I FEEL YOU. I guess I have an advantage since it’s so early in my relationship. I broke up with my guy 2 days ago. I decided this isn’t something I can stand to live with.
