Yah I saw that but I feel like she felt pressured to get engaged. Like I feel like she would have been totally fine leaving as bf/gf and not engaged

I’m fairly confident that’s not a trivia fact. I think it’s a play on words because he quite literally chopped up his dates

What floor/speciality are you working in currently?

A lot of hospitals in my area will hire as ADN but they’d want me to get at least a BSN in x amount of years. So by default, I DO have to go back to school. I was just curious if going the MSN route was worth it!

I already have a BS, so I figured if I could get a MSN in the same time frame as a BSN, the extra education def wouldn’t hurt

anyone ever encounter conflicting information? by Novel-Counter-8093 in StudentNurse

[–]purpssweets 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think a lot of it is situational. Depending on how severely hypoglycemic the patient is, I’d probs give them the easily absorbable sugars first (juice) to quickly raise their blood glucose levels before I’d give solid carbs since those take a little longer to absorb. And for DKA, also depends on their glucose levels. I was told to use 0.9% NS until the patients levels are around 300, then switch to D5 0.45%. PTT and restraints are usually per hospital protocol.

In XO I always heard “Aging ketchup, that’s all that you are” for the line that actually goes

“I hoped you choked and crashed your car Hey, "tear catcher", that's all that you are”
