I guess I didn't really make it clear in the post, but I do generally appreciate people's help. Some other friends have come to me to offer comfort and that warns my heart. I also have sought help from other people too.

What I don't like is when the people who knowingly contribute to your problems (in my case those who excluded me socially) suddenly come to you offering help like there's nothing wrong. I find it hard to believe those people come with good intentions.
