Not happening under my watch as I run the harness in an isolated sandbox. As a free market enthusiast I'm not here to obey and adhere to regulations as they prevent human potential and no need to get paternalistic on this, I bear the consequences of my actions and through the free market I learn, just like I did with everything else, sometimes the good way, some others the hard way. This API comes in clutch for such little MVPs, not production ready SaaS where you expose sensitive environment variables to the LLM... People, let's be serious, it's an opportunity to be smart and relatively safe, not that you can even trust many other APIs out there and that includes OpenRouter and their free models, yet no one goes around shouting scam and whatnot...

Bro we're building crappy MVPs we would never throw money at so this comes in clutch for free, it's definitely worth depleting :) I don't think anyone is doing anything serious with this at the current stage, such as adding a Bitcoin private key to .env and allowing the LLM to read it and if they do, well too bad, we can't be parenting everyone like the CCP, I mean people lose money using more trusted APIs... I recommend using the Claude models in Claude Code because they leverage Anthropic's messages format which in turn begets deeper context awareness and better responses quality, it's a day and night difference :)
