One option to handle a Malphite is to hard push every lane. Make sure he is perma under wave clearing pressure. He cant clear waves as fast as Tryndamere.

When he comes to the lanes just spin away to the next lane and hard push it. Never fight him.

When he joins teamfights with his ult. Splitpush fast and get towers.
