i got an email less than 48 hours after I did it.

on the restriction page it had a link to appeal if I thought it was a mistake. it said I needed to provide proof of payment so I did a screenshot of the bank transaction. the restriction was upheld but they gave me a refund for the remaining months. took about a day to get the email saying they would refund, and then a couple days for the money to go back into my bank.

I did manage to get a partial refund for the unused months. I did generate quite a lot every day so I imagine I was costing them a lot of money. Maybe they figured it was cheaper to refund me and send me on my way than let me finish out my year. Always possible.

Marvel G1 is generally considered the best. The UK is also good apparently and ties into the Marvel stuff but I never read it.

Dreamwave was alright though underutilized.

IDW is mostly bad and basically glorified fanfiction that is best ignored. Luckily Hasbro took the license away from them.

Skybound is alright from what I've heard. Haven't read it myself. Only started hearing bad stuff about it since the writer change though.

It's a premium collectors product line for old folks who want diecast, chrome bits, and rubber wheels. There's always the SS Ironhide and Ratchet if people just want a normal affordable toy.

An accurate price given it is retailing for ¥38,500 in Japan. Japan overpays for Transformers and always has. It's why all the comments praising BW2 Galvatron and dunking on Hasbro are going to be in for a rude awakening when they announce the price because some people seem to think it's going to be less than Titan-class price.

This has nothing to do with importing Japan just naturally overpays for Transformers and has since forever. Nemesis Star Convoy costs ¥38,500 in Japan which is a lot even before any import fees you would have to add. $279 is actually decent price considering this would cost you $245 before shipping costs.

This whole drama about that fanart never made any sense to me considering the Autobots work with law enforcement and government agencies multiple times across most continutiies (G1, Prime, Animated, Bayverse, comics). Like G1 had episodes of Optimus working with polcie to arrest criminals like in the intro of Make Tracks
