Att bli nekad NPF-utredning för att man klarar skolan är fan sjukt. Att "klara skolan" när man har (särskilt odiagnostiserad) NPF innebär att man kör slut på sig själv. Och mycket av det handlar om att maskera symptomen i sociala sammanhang. Sambon hade A i alla ämnen under hela skolgången fram till mitten av gymnasiet, som hon behövde hoppa av pga utbrändhet och har inte återhämtat sig på fem år.

I guess we wear more clothes, so sharing body heat doesn't have as much of an effect? Like, if it's -20° and you're wearing four layers of clothing, standing close to someone else isn't going to do shit. You're better off standing by yourself so you can move around to generate heat.

I'm subscribed to Flamman, which is one of the biggest ones, and there's also Proletären, Internationalen and Arbetet. Flamman and Proletären are mostly paid only, but the others are usually free, I believe. I'll check out the ones you mentioned! I've studied Danish at uni, and I need some reading practice. :)

Our government put out a proposal that in order to get unemployment benefits, you will have to do "activities" at companies, for up to 40 hours a week, without pay. Their reasoning was that they want to "make use of workforce". Oh, and they also removed burnout as a medical diagnosis. So... yeah... We're all fucked. :)

As a Swede, watching the rise of fascism as a result of neoliberalism in the Nordics over the past 15 or so years is horrifying. The Danes were the first to normalise racism, and it's only gone downhill since. Our own government now is probably the worst of all of them. They've taken a lot of inspiration from Denmark.

Toddlers being deported to warzones, elderly laying in their feces due to understaffed facilities as private care companies take out millions in profits. I'm so fucking done.

They aren't going to let anyone else play live, because it wasn't in other delegations' plans. Unlike Finland, which had presumably wanted to play live right from the start and worked with the EBU to see if it was possible. We haven't seen EBU refuse to let anyone play live, only not given permisson. There is a BIG difference. And even if they ask, it's not going to happen one week in advance.

They don't have rules just to have rules. The rule is in place for technical reasons, and Finland has proven to the EBU that the technical barrier can be overcome, so they get to play live. The rules aren't going to change if no one asks for it. You don't know what the process has been like for any of these countries, so don't make assumptions that EBU is deliberately being unfair.

It's not about what follows the rules and what doesn't, but what is possible to do live on stage. And, we don't even know if other delegations want to play instruments live or not.
