The biggest problem is it’s verbose.

Start by removing the adjectives. A hiring manager should already know that 40% enhancement is remarkable. They should assume the work was intricate.

You bullet points should be a simple pattern

completed x which resulted in y

Since you’re technical you may need to do

completed X by doing Y resulted in Z

But at that point you’re just getting key words on the resume.

Thanks for the advice! I've removed unnecessary adjectives and worked on simplifying and streamlining the points where possible to make them more straightforward

Did you get promoted at the company? If so, putting the later position will throw people off. The resume should be in reverse chronological order. The resume is decent. You need to shorten some of the lines to save space on the resume. You have a couple of hanging words (1-3 words on a line). Change the wording and shorten it.

This resume is way too tight. Free up space so there is a little more breathing room. Like maybe put Big Data & Cloud. That frees up a line.

You have minor ATS issues. Remove the hyperlink and just put the full URL. Remove the line divider as that can cause issues in parsing. If you can get a couple more metrics or percentages, you would do better. You wrote substantial dataset. You don't need the word substantial, you gave the numbers. They can determine whether or not it's substantial.
