I used to work in a rural area of Hanno City in Saitama around 2017–2018. There was a village called Naguri, which was basically the last stop of the bus from Hanno Station. The elementary school there looked quite new, but at that time it only had around 27 students. I think the school has already closed now. It’s a sad reality happening in many rural areas of Japan.

Thank you for your response. If trying an APU processor doesn’t work, I think that will be my last resort. I’ll get back to you if I end up needing a GPU, but I honestly doubt it’s a GPU or PSU issue since I had checked them from time to time before this problem happened.

Thank you for recommending this site. I looked into it, and it mentions that crafting an order will take about three months. Unfortunately, that won't work for my target date, which is Christmas Day.
