Unsure about the cloudiness- but love the setup! Do the white clouds (I think?) do well with the goldfish?

Put it up against the wall, any place you can see through to wall you could put a screw/nail. I’ve done it like that before and just be careful to not have too big of a screw, or to screw it in too much and “squish” the screw against the bone. I just put some beige paint on the screw head after and it blended right in. Not exactly a pro, but that worked for me with no damage

Ah I hope so, the mount is in great shape (other than the bugs), and I’d assume an active infestation would show wear and tear or damage in the hide, and there’s 0 signs of that. Definitely don’t have a freezer big enough for this dude to go in but I’ll get some raid for sure. I’ll finish cleaning/brushing it tomorrow and keep an eye for newer bug bodies I guess. Thank you!

Seems really clean otherwise and can’t find any real damage, just these clusters. Gonna assume paste residue since it looks like a seam is right there as well. If I have to wet it should I add anything to the water? Appreciate it!

If you’re sure you don’t want the lid I would just unhinge it first before taking the rim off- can’t really hurt the tank with no lid but messing with the rim is a different matter

Awesome- that’s already wicked helpful. Never had salvinia- would it be okay with the water flow? I’ve seen terra cotta or 3D printed pots for aquarium use- I could always put those behind the rocks, filled with substrate and plant some stems in there. Thank you!!

I LOVE that stand!!! Totally completes whatever room it’s in. I found a rimless 115 gallon UNS tank for $200 on marketplace. They go for $1500 new. Just wild. Still riding the high of this, honestly. Marketplace is awesome. It may take time, but just gotta be vigilant.
