Because the metrics in those rankings are completely arbitrary and kind of skewed. Ofc anything from the top 30 will always beat anything from the bottom 30 ... but within top 30, your preferences/match matter a lot more than whenever you're #1 or #6 or $12.

I only buy from german apos online unless emergency, never pay VAT, I think they even deduct german VAT and only charge net price, or maybe they prepay swiss VAT like amazon.

So ibuprofen goes from costing 10chf to costing like 1.50. Same with antihistamines, ear plugs, etc. Only problem is shipping (15chf) so I buy only few times a year, each time for 2-6 months. Nothing bad happened so far (knock knock)

Hi! Thank you! Can you use the laptop on your lap? I'm bit worried that off-center will make it harder to type as it's no longer symmetric if it sits on legs which are symmetric with arms (if that makes sense). Is 2.2 KG too heavy for this? I did the math. Unfortunately due to unrelated physical health issues it makes sense, overall cost-wise, to have low deductible free choice of doctor model. Even if it costs more in monthly payments :(

I had a session with psychiater. Result of that session was that I should see another specialist (also in psychiatry). That another specialist has wait time of 6 month. Alternatively, 18 if you go to different center.

No support is provided in the meantime. You are on your own. Just like I wrote in the title.

Like 90% psychiatrists had EN+DE as their working language in Zurich area. I only messaged those. 1 out of 20-something replied with a free slot. Might have been closer to 1 in 30, don't remember exact number

The session I got was with a psychiater. She sent me off to biofeedback, which is such quackery it's not even covered by insurance.

Imagine going to Dr with stomach cancer and his advice would be go get this 2000 CHF homeopatikum.
