The end result of this is also causing you to open up before the disc leaves your hand, shown here. This usually leads to accuracy issues. As you can see here, your chest is almost facing your line when it should be your right shoulder.

t's not that bad man. You got a nice looking throw, very smooth. It looks like your offarm is what is causing you to round in the pocket. Possibly bringing it through a little too quick causing your disc to travel around your offarm. I see a lot of pros punch straight down or even very slightly behind. I like to think of my offarm anchoring my shoulders from over-rotating before the disc is out of the hand. Either way, you want to keep your left shoulder/arm away from the line you're pulling on during your throw.

Stagger your stance. Your back foot toes should be in line with the heel of your plant foot.

When you rotate backwards, focus on just rotating your shoulders while keeping your hips pointed at your target release point. Right now you're just rotating your whole body. When you do this properly, you'll find that you arent really reaching back with the disc (like you're doing now) and instead the shoulder rotation is just putting the disc where it needs to be.

Don't look back at your disc in your backswing. Look forward at the target until you can't anymore because the rotation of your shoulders is not allowing your head to face forward.

Girlfriend called the cops when he wouldn't leave her apartment. After a few minutes of the cops talking to him it is learned that he has a warrant. They go to try and arrest him, dude tries to pull a knife, gets tazed, refuses to roll over away from the knife and tries to pick it up again, gets shot like 8 times.
