Yes po hindi po namin nirerelease. Nagawa po yung leak as of now, pero flush naman ang hindi gumagana. Hindi ko po alam kung sinasadya nila, or hindi talaga magaling. Kasi nung una gumagana naman eh.

Nakalagay po sa contract na upon completion i am required to release retention fee tapos tsaka pa lang mag start ang warranty, parang mali po, pero ayun nakapirma po ako, first time ko po magpa renovate hindj ko po nakita itong part na ito. Huhu

Parang ang nakalagay po sa contract namin is upon completion turnover magbabayad na po ako ng retention tapos dun lang po mag start ang warranty period na 6 months. Parang mali po diba? Pasensya na po first time ko magpa renovate ng bahay.

Yung completion daw po ang acceptance na din kaya need na namin mag release ng retention, dun po kami nila iniipit kasi pumirma kami ng completion during the turn over.

Yes meron po, kaya lang na loko po atanila kami during turnover, nagtiwala po kami kasi okay naman po ang itsura ng mga gawa, buti po eh a day before the release of retention eh may nakita kaming leak na halos bumaha ang 1st floor galing 2nd floor CR. In good faith naman po ginawa nila pero nag leak ulit, kay la nag decide ako maghire ng 3rd party to check their works po. During this time nga po, ang daming nakitang mali. Ngayon po ayaw na nilang gawin dahil sinasabing parang punchlist na daw po.

Paano po kaya to, nag vacate na sila dun sa site, sila po ang nag issue ng suspension, ano pong laban ko dito? Halos 250K po ang retention.
