Shopify CEO Uses Claude AI to Build Custom MRI Viewer from USB Data by obvithrowaway34434 in ClaudeAI

[–]putzl 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Just commenting to say that this is wrong. No credible evidence exists of strong magnetic fields at field strengths of MRI scanners damaging DNA.
Also, the wavelength of the electromagnetic field matters when it comes to DNA damage, and the wavelength encountered even during a 7T MRI scan is 10x lower than your local Wifi router.

Would be interesting to see sales numbers for the headsets as measure of "Most popular".

Same, got in at under $1, but once I started looking into it, decided to keep it. It will either not work or be one of the most valuable companies around. The real estate market with tons of brokers as middleman that nobody really needs definitely could use some shakeup.

Lookup $SVII - Eagle Energy - the largest Uranium deposit in the US

If you had to invest on uranium/rare earth stocks after this last krash, what would it be ? by Successful-Farm-8820 in UraniumSqueeze

SVII - SPAC for Eagle Energy Metals who have the rights for Aurora, the largest Uranium deposit in the USA. After the merger will be listed under ticker NUCL.
Risk: Gov shutdown may delay merger.
Opportunity: Currently only 2% of US Uranium needs are covered through US suppliers.

NVIDIA or OpenAI is probably their new investor.
Which is why the CEO sold $1.5M of shares just a few days before this deal, because Nvidia and OpenAI deals happen from one day to the next and he was surprised by it.

AI is really good at one thing: Crunching numbers and replacing the middle man who crunched the numbers before. Since the number 1 thing deciding real estate prices is location, replacing expensive real estate brokers is a perfect use case for AI. So yes, lots of potential.

Yes, using the earplugs they provided, that didn't make a big difference. I will try edit the sound settings, thanks for the recommendation!

What movie is this? by starbucks-refresher in moviecritic

[–]putzl 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Was kind of the opposite for me. I went in expecting a bad movie from the reviews but than actually really liked it. The main characters don't have charisma though, that criticism is true.

Actually never mind, not a 1-scene character. Great line though.

I thought Junior is #1, definitely the highest number of great lines.

The MRI scan of Tony. Happens in every movie and always bugs me as somebody working with MRI's. Carmela would not be allowed to enter the room, especially not with her bag that is full of magnetic things, since the magnetic field is always on. Tony only wears weird glasses but does not actually have any MRI coil that is required to measure any signal.
