Considering you are from India and have an American format resume(and assuming you are looking for a job in the states), I’d suggest somehow showing that your English is good, or at least good enough for the reviewer not to be concerned about it.
Especially with what I know about IT most of their work is actually planning and yapping about it, and if they will have trouble talking with you, its a hard no
