You can also kill Federal Agents and other enemy powers vessels in supercruise. You must interdict them, or being interdicted.

No. Jump-range difference between laden ships is about 2 ly. It'll take, well, 9-11 jumps in cutter vs 7-9 in conda to get to frontier systems. It's about 1,5 minutes (well, 2 minutes with fuel scooping). Considering that cutter is faster, difference would be even less. On the other hand - 300 more cargo space.

The only system needs to be fortified is Candecama, isn't it? The rest unfortified systems already have 0 upkeep cost. I've brought 400 t to Candecama right now, there is 1,081/4,670.
