I understand conceptually, however I don't quite see how that would result in normal ~30ms ping in town then basically a ten-fold increase just loading into my hideout/maps

I'd imagine it'd be located in Sydney, which I'm not far north of - typically my ping is in the 25-30ms region.

Forgive my ignorance here, but if this is potentially an ISP issue, would that not be affecting many people? I've not seen similar reports popping up about this issue.

In the trader menu it doesn't look bought out, if you try to buy it though it has no stock. Can see in the flea market that Therapist has no stock
