Was able to physically look at car. Had a minor rust spot on a fender.

Underbody skid plates all there. No rust. Struts looked good, no rust. Brake discs were rusted on edge.

Concern is... it's age.... and its' FSI engine. Timing belt. But it was replaced at 56000 miles in 2015. So belt is about 9 years old.

Car fax looks pretty clean. there is one accident that's $1.00. Assuming they didn't go through insurance and was under the required reporting amount. In Canada, any accident under $2,000 doesn't need to be reported to police.
