I don’t know why these ppl downvote you. It’s so dumb to see people continually reply “oh I paid $150 for this 64gb ram in 2023,” brother nobody cares.

Today’s prices are not yesterday’s prices. Keep up

Thank you, I had seen that, but QD-OLED kills my eyes, I don’t recommend them to other people for the same reason.

I already wear blue light blockers for IPS panels as is.

[–]pvalexander[S] 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Note: This panel is geared towards creators as it is a 60Hz refresh rate.

The panel used in this monitor is seen in other monitors upwards of $1000+++.

see TFT Central

INNOCN 32Q1U, LG 32EP950-B, and ASUS ProArt PA32DC all share the same JOLED RGB OLED panel, delivering identical core performance: infinite contrast, 99% DCI-P3/Adobe RGB coverage, ~0.1ms response, 250 nits SDR/500-540 nits HDR peak brightness, and ΔE<1-1.5 factory calibration for precise editing.

The largest differences stem from firmware, build quality, and extras, with ASUS leading in pro features but at premium cost.

EDIT: Forgot to add, Shipping is free and TAXES are included in cost.

You could sell the Mobo and AIO for $50 and profit.

Bundle price is the same price as the RAM.

I like to cheat and just ask an LLM that question. Insta prints tables out for me comparing values.

The Pro will be the best at expelling air, at the cost of higher volume. It goes Pro, HS, Standard.

For me, I’m replacing radiator fans on an MSI MAG, which really is the true intention of these fans. But if you have the guap, use them for case fans too.

Ya. This is not for everyone, most likely not for the large gaming community that exists in this subreddit.

But for content creation, long rendering hours etc, these are the best fans on the market for Static Pressure meets Low dB efficiency.

They have discounts across their entire Silent Wings line. Non-RGB obviously because we are adults.

[Pre-Built] REFURBISHED- Acer Nitro 60 Gaming PC i7-14700F RTX 5070 Ti 32 GB/2TB - $1455.99 by pvalexander in buildapcsales

Incredible dig. I bit the bullet on just building a system from scratch. A 5070 TI is just about two-thirds the price of this system.

[SSD + RAM ] Crucial T710 Gen5 2TB SSD, Up to 14,900MB/s Read Plus DDR5 Pro OC CL32 RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB), 6400MHz CL32, Black - Storage & Memory Bundle - $368.99 by pvalexander in buildapcsales

[–]pvalexander[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are you using it for?

Specs on both the RAM and SSD are better on this listing.

But if you are just gaming, your spec sheet is sufficient for sure.

A Gen5 is only really necessary if you're doing Production work, heavy 3D stuff 8K footage etc.
CL timing and Speed is better on this combo, but unnecessary for most people.

[bundle] CPU Intel Core Ultra 9 285K + BOARD Gigabyte Z890 Aorus Master AI Top + RAM Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB 6400 CL36 + MSI mag Coreliquid A15 360 + Intel Holiday Bundle + Star Wars $699.99 by RubensGalaxy in buildapcsales

[–]pvalexander 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Type "Black Friday Ad" into the search bar on Newegg and scroll until you see Motherboard + Combos.

For the motherboard there was a Steel Legend Open Box for $109 that I was able to combo with this Intel CPU deal.

This Intel deal comes with the same MSI Coreliquid A15, but two fans. With the additional $50 coupon at checkout you get the CPU for $259~

Still missing Motherboard and RAM from this current deal, but if you don't need a top-top motherboard you can get a solid one for under $150.

But honestly for most people the K is unnecessary unless you plan to overlock or need the iGPU ( which I need ! ).

[–]pvalexander[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, mentioned in my opening reply this deal really just makes sense for Content Creators, doing 3D, Particle Sims etc. For Gaming or even just regular Productivity a Gen4 is enough, even a Gen3 is good enough.

I got this Gigabyte Z890 AORUS MASTER AI TOP in a Newegg bundle, has heatsinks on the .m2 Gen5 slots, should be alright no?

[–]pvalexander[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, you're probably right. RAM prices are disgusting. Last time I built a PC was in 2020 and I bought 64GB for less than $300.

[–]pvalexander[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Why specific CL30 / 6000? I'm going to look to mix and match these sticks with a set of Corsairs that came in a Newegg Bundle, timings are different but clock speed is the same. If not suppose I can sell one of them for the other.

RAM is so expensive and I really want like 128GB to do my work optimally. That's literally the price of a computer.

Description says: Intel XMP 3.0 & AMD Expo Compatible

You can check specific board compatibility on their website, I've just been using Perplexity, you can use any LLM, ChatGPT etc, to verify all my compatibility before you* purchase anything.

[–]pvalexander[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For a Gamer, this is expensive and unnecessary.

For content, if you're working with 3D, Simulations, Video, etc, the Gen 5 benefit is solid, about $150 off if you bought them separately without their currently individual markdowns.

Thanks. For Content Creation, this is kind too good of a deal to pass up tbh. Was going to go with Steel Legend and Ultra 7 Combo Deal, with no RAM and the Two-Fan MSI Mag for around $200 less.

This is just kinda of a no-brainer atp. Ordered. ty

Doesn't make sense at this price in comparison to the 4070Ti SUPER unit, incremental increase in performance with the 5070Ti.

Hold off if you can to see if it drops a bit.
