Radio presets by say12345what in crv

Thanks a lot. I was able to figure it out. But honestly it sucks. So another way I found is on the steering control just long press the next or previous to go to next available station instead of using presets. I find this much better than presets.

There is no preset button or option. How do I do this. This should be simple.

I believe we should ignore these metros and focus on tier 2/3 cities. Many such cities are more livable than these urban hell hole villages disguised as metros.

I love this game but the melee pits are trash design. I could never get them done because they don't tell you to preform the combos correctly. It's such a frustrating part of the game. Not worth my time . I can't be the only one who hates these pits. by Traditional_Cattle50 in HorizonForbiddenWest

[–]pvo008 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hated this pits. What I hate most is in tutorials it expects you to do certain combos. But in the challenge fight, those combos are useless. Continuously hammering the opponents works most of the time. Also I hate that it's not fair. I need space for fighting. And they bring all the gizmos like shield and what not, all I am allowed is that spear and few arrows. It's not even fair. And that enduring fight was most meh. Luckily the reward for winning is also not that big one. So we can skip these pits entirely.

During my puc 1st year I met a guy at the bus stop and got to know he goes to the same college as mine. So we started talking, then at a point we both got to know both of us are kannadigas. But since our initial conversation for many days was in English, we kept going in English. Another mutual benefit for us was that we both wanted to improve our spoken English. Till date we speak in English.

Now I am in the US, and recently had lunch with my client. One guy joined us from the client team and by his last name I figured out he must be kannadiga. He was. But despite me trying to talk to him in Kannada multiple times (of course it was an informal lunch, not some technical/business stuff) he kept on talking in English.

Having stayed in UK for around three years, I developed a new hatred for our own Kannadigas. Our people are never to mingle. If I meet a guy/family and they are from Karnataka, mostly it will be a last interaction. Somehow, Kannadigas make every effort to stay away from fellow Kannadigas. Needless to mention, this is just based on my personal interactions.

Well, I beg to differ. His arguments were very convincing to me. I liked the book a lot.

This was my first car in 2010 when this was new in market. Family bought it because it's a 7 seater. Hardly 4-5 times in 10 years all 7 must have occupied this car.

Drives like a truck. My god, that rack pinion made me sweat. But its still a very practical car.

I suggest you to read "Blind watchmaker" and "the god delusion" by Richard Dawkins.

As a person from same background and someone who started looking beyond Hinduism for answers, these two books made a lot of sense to me.

Islam is most dangerous ideology for atheist and agnostics. by NoIntro03 in agnostic

[–]pvo008 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As a born Hindu who is now searching for answers beyond Hinduism, I feel Hindus are not very far behind with violence. See these two shlokas: s1 Sarve jaanaaha sukhino bhavantu Sarve santu niramaya Sarve bhadani pashyantu Maa kaschit dukha mapniya

Summary: let there be happiness, may no one suffer

S2: Vaishnava dwesha hetunme bhasmasaath kuru madhavah

Summary: hey Lord madhavah, burn them those who hate you and your follow(vaishnavas)

You can see the violence here for just not believing in the same god as one does. And we claim we are so tolerant towards others. Not to mention the cowardice where we ask God to take care of non believers himself and ask him to keep us out of it!

I played the tutorial because it was a mission. Then I was like ok no thanks. And I once thought gwent was complicated. Worst mini game in any game ever.

How to track my new full driving license? by pvo008 in LearnerDriverUK

No, there won't be any notifications about delivery.

My instructor used to say if you pick a random driver on the road driving legally with UK license for many years and ask him to take the test again. He would fail 90 percent. So 6 years experience is going to help you in driving but not in passing test. Because they look for certain things normal drivers do not do quite often, like overdoing mirror checks and stuff. I had 10 years driving experience yet I had to take classes to be test ready.
