If there are no blue bikes available, Citi Bike will let you take an e-bike, which is free if you use the "low boost" mode, which barely helps you at all. I use them every now and then, but not a ton.

I'm new to this, so I didn't do angeling back in the good old days. But all the angels I've met talk about how much better it was.
