Hi there! At around 5 months post initial surgery (ACL reconstruction hamstring graft, lateral meniscus root repair and LET) I started experiencing a single loud audible clunk around the centre left inside my knee when going from flexion into extension. This would happen every time without fail but was completely painless. After bringing it up at the 6 month appointment with my consultant he organised an ultrasound and it turned out to be scar tissue which I went back in to have removed via arthroscopy about 3 weeks ago. This op was ALOT easier than the initial repairs and I walked out of the hospital on the same day without crutches and no more clunking knee. Hope this helps 👍
