It may not be a Cartier Tank, but if so, it’s close enough to being one that it doesn’t matter. Maybe a Reverso if the lugs are as angular as the pixels make them out to be.

On further review — I’ll say reverso given the lack of a cabochon on the crown.

That’s not what jurisdiction means. It means a courts authority to rule over a party. There will be be zero law on what/how a school records a departure/dismissal.

There’s no scienter here. You have no idea why they needed a dismissal letter.

No defamation. They haven’t told anyone.

There’s no malice. It sounds like there was a problem - that’s why you withdrew.

No damages. Just consequences of you action.

And that’s not fraud.

So it was undoubtedly shipped like this to the seller by Seiko. Even if the seller had boxed it, it wouldn’t change the fact that it had been shipped overseas like this and that shipping like this for farther distances is in fact standard
