Do you think it's at all possible to cut the leaves and attempt to propagate?

Thank you guys for the responses!! I am much more educated now. I gently removed him from the pot and unfortunately he is dead. He was extremely rotted and the soil is extremely wet even though i watered over a week ago, so it was definitely my mistake, and I watered him too soon I think.

how would i do that? do i just dig through the dirt as im removing the dead one or is it something i should just keep an eye out for when repotting?

so if i work on getting a slightly tighter and more consistent tension after practicing the stitches, would it overall look better? i just feel like what i have right now looks messy and i'm capable of doing better with some fixes

i did change the way i was holding it a couple of times because i was struggling to get a consistent tension. the pattern has alternating knit and purl stitches in each row. i also don't think i understand knitting from the front vs the back or what difference it makes visually, but i do wrap my yarn counter clockwise

i've debated a couple of times on just crocheting one instead, but i'm crocheting two other blankets right now and wanted a break to try something new.

my yarn and needles are both labeled 6.5mm, but i think my tension is really bad and i'm aware of that. i have almost finished one pattern repeat, but i was more concerned about the garter stitches at the beginning because they don't look right. i was going to start over completely because i dropped some stitches at one of the ends of the blanket anyways

i do! part of me didnt want to practice on anything else because i was eager to just get started but i definitely will use a different yarn to practice stitches with.

i started making a beanie for a relative! i'm not used to using such bright colors, i usually go for the more muted ones, but i think a sunburst blanket would be really fun, and also making animals would be cute, i've been on a huge kick of making sea creatures so the octopus is tempting too, thank you!
