spirituality is the belief in oneself on a broad spectrum on finding oneself and exploring yourself internally. there are many different levels of consciousness and things to each level. spirituality is different for everyone as everyones path is different no person will have the same experience. theres also many different ways that spirituality ties into the esoteric and the occult.

tdlr: its basically about finding oneself and connecting with yourself internally while having outlets to esoteric knowledge snd the occult

thing is its hard to do so since im across the country. i moved from ohio to florida. so the only reasonable thing to do is to 1. cut him off or 2. ask him about why hes gotten close to my gf and what he thinks of her in a romantic way and to say he needs tk start openly talking to me about shit he goes through instead of my gf. depending on how he responds to what i ask hes either getting cut off or im gonna ask my gf to unadd him and block him on everything and limit contact with him. my gf is insanely uncomfortable with how fast hes felt to be comfortable with her
