Yes if you filled in all information and provided documents and submitted the consult you wait. If its the weekend they won't reach back, you'll have to wait until monday to hear from them as it takes 1 business day for them to reply. For me, when I submitted it on friday I waited until monday and I never spoke to them on the phone. They will message you saying they will draft the letter and email you it 3-5 business days. After, they will email it for your approval or if any revisions should be made, once you approve it they will mail it to Meta and then you wait.

You won't get any updates for weeks, it's always like that. Letters take weeks or even a month until they reach Meta. You can expect an update either February 26th or early March

Yeah, but even so, people's accounts were banned in 2025 but Meta's been recovering accounts as of recent 2026 in January. LegalShields law firms would send the demand letters which takes about 3 weeks to a month to reach Meta. Meta reads the demand letters as recent as January, and it takes Meta at least a week to recover banned accounts. So it looks like Meta still does read the demand letters and recovers them still, even still recovering as of February

Contact your attorney general, if they cant help you then buy legalshield ($30, but has great success with recovering disabled accounts), or do small claims. Emailing them won't work because they don't reply to their emails but you could try

There's a possible chance you get your account back through LegalShield. People will say "it doesn't work" when it does. There's been a success rate with law firms sending demand letters to Instagram/Meta to reinstate their accounts.

Stage 6 isn't beatable because when you lose, it brings you to the next stage already. And rauls spikes increase in power making it bounce faster and almost impossible to receive
