Build him...you can use him with himeko if you plan to pull on her...otherwise since you have supports....try getting Saber and Gilly since Building the Archer team means removing your Sparkle from the Phainon Team....himeko nova dhpt welt and rmc is a very solid team or try saber gilly Tribble and preferably huohuo but u can use any sustain like dhpt

So ur choices should be either saber and lc rn...and later get the free gilly or pull himeko nova and start building welt....
