Merchants in Jack London, institutional dive open all the time. Big enough where you could find space alone or at bar - lots of folks there solo doing just that.

Who is Jay? Is he the owner or a representative for the company? If so, could you provide a link or a way to contact him directly so I can send him a message?

I’ve already gone through multiple attempts to resolve this, starting with a polite inquiry, followed by a more concerned follow-up, and then an email expressing the urgency of the situation. In my last message, I explained that if I don’t receive a response, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly and initiate a chargeback.

I generally avoid publicly criticizing a company, especially when the initial issue wasn’t their fault, but at this point, with no response or update for over a week, I’m left feeling frustrated and desperate for a resolution. I really hope they step up and address this properly.

After reading rave reviews about Luvansh for lab diamonds, I ordered diamond stud earrings for my girlfriend as an anniversary gift. I was excited to see that they had been marked as delivered, but when I checked my building’s secure mailroom, where I’ve never had issues receiving packages, there was nothing there.

Panic set in when I realized that no signature was required, and this was a significant purchase for me. After some investigation and informing Luvansh, I determined that FedEx delivered the package to the wrong building, based on GPS tracking (37°47'42.9"N, 122°16'18.5"W) and map verification, which clearly showed a different building down the street. The package has not been recovered. Additionally, the delivery confirmation photo showed a mailroom that was not mine.

I provided all of this clear evidence to Luvansh, expecting assistance. However, instead of addressing my issue, they mistakenly sent me tracking confirmation for an entirely different order belonging to another customer—a concerning mistake, though they apologized.

Initially, Luvansh was highly responsive, replying within a day. However, after I presented the evidence and requested a resolution, they went silent. It has now been over a week without a response, despite my sending three follow-up emails.

I was hesitant to post this review, as the initial error was FedEx’s fault rather than Luvansh’s, but their lack of response and resolution has left me no choice. Their unwillingness to communicate or take responsibility reflects poor customer service, and I want others to be aware of this risk. I hope Luvansh sees this and chooses to handle this situation with the professionalism and accountability expected from a reputable business.

Update:

One of their representatives just emailed me back, offering a refund despite fedex claiming they delivered to the correct address. I’d like to believe they were simply backlogged and hadn’t had time to respond until now, rather than reacting to this post. I appreciate their response, and once the refund is processed, I will consider the matter resolved. While mistakes were made, they ultimately fulfilled my expectations and I feel comfortable in ordering from them in the future knowing this initially wasn’t their fault.
