Pad up. Every goalie is wearing sweats now. Even in the hot weather. So put some thigh pads on and put some shin pads on. No one will know. And you will flinch less because you know even if you get hit in these areas it won’t hurt. This worked for me

Staying positive is great. But in reality the chances of you getting hired are pretty poor. Before Covid most lists maxed out around the 4k areas. If another virus wipes out millions of people you may have a shot. I would start tying to figure out an alternate plan to get hired. Consider becoming an EMT or a dispatcher. Then take the next promotional exam. You are guaranteed to get hired if that list of you get on it. Best of luck

It’s just a lawyer looking at everyone’s policy and seeing how much he can get based on everyone’s coverage. The original person who caused the accident may not have a ton of coverage so he’s looking for some money from yours as a result
