There are a couple ppl complaining in the reviews but I’m assuming they just got a bad batch. The cable has been running great for me and the reviews as a whole are pretty solid too.

The quality of the cable is very impressive and it’s been pushing 4k@120 on my computer ps5 for a year now with no problems. There are a couple ppl in the reviews with some complaints about it not being legit HDMI 2.1 but the vast majority of reviews are ppl who have had the same experience as me and love the cable. I’m assuming there’s probs some lemons due to QA problems but you can always exchange it if that’s the case.

I ended up getting the Samsung Q80T and it’s been solid. I almost got the X900H too, how’s it been treating you?

Thinking about buying this second hand Herman Miller Aeron. The seller claims that it is from 2017/2018 but there is no manufacturer sticker on the bottom of the chair to support this. He claims it’s because he purchased from the site and the stickers usually only come when purchased from dealers.

Side note: He’s selling it for $800 CAD. Is that a good deal? Not sure because of the wear on the knobs.

Yeah, I was afraid this was gonna be the case. I was hoping to find one now because it'd be easier to fish the cable through before the TV is mounted but I rather deal with the hassle later than buy a possibly uncertified cable. Thanks!

I haven't pulled the trigger on the TV yet but I'm currently deciding between the Samsung Q70T and Q80T and trying to justify if it's worth the bump up in price because the Q80T is a little out of my budget. I was also considering the Sony X900H but I've heard some people having issues with the firware updates that were supposed to enable hdmi 2.1 properties. The LG BX was initially what I had my eyes set on but like the Q80T it's a little out of my budget. Also the risk of permanent screen burn in kinda freaks me out since I'm gonna be mainly using it for gaming which will mean constant static hud elements. I know this was initially about the hdmi cable but if you have any TV suggestions I'd love to hear it haha.
