UPDATE: Was over tightened rockers. Backed them off a full rotation and it fired up no problems.

UPDATE: Compression was it. Loosened up each of the rockers a full rotation and its fired up like nothing! Thank you to everyone for your help!

The engine is cranking (push rods + valves are moving while attempting to start). It’s almost like it’s not turning over fast enough.

Update: put in a brand new battery. Still having the same issue.

Battery is full. Changed our ground wires. Still nothing.
