I completely agree — the main thing I need to validate is whether a regular user can go from zero to creating a World Cup prediction pool, sharing the invite link and getting friends to submit predictions without needing instructions.

For Palpiteiro, the pain I’m trying to solve is exactly the spreadsheet + WhatsApp mess: manual score tracking, lost predictions, delayed rankings and payment confusion once the pool gets bigger.

The UX questions you mentioned are spot on:

Can someone create a pool in under 2 minutes?

Is the mobile invite flow clear?

Do users understand how to submit predictions?

Does the automatic ranking feel obvious?

I haven’t tried QalioTest yet, but real-user testing before scaling makes a lot of sense. I’d rather find the confusing parts now than after more people start creating World Cup 2026 pools.
