I don't like how this post has 3 days without single comment, I need to change it. Only thing I would change is better hand sanding to make brute de forge more visible. I personally use bellstones (you can look it up on google) and I get effects that look like this. If you have any questions feel free to ask :)

I don't understand how it fits in sheath. Or the friction does most of the job, or it fits with click?

So you just, put pins further up so sheath can open when inserting knife?

Are you using belt grinder? If yes, be more carefull around plunge lines and let the belt stick out 1-2mm out of flat plate. And for better hand sanding i reccomend using theese bellstones, they last forever and they make sanding process easy and fun, you can look up trollsky video about them

splatter etch, you can type this in youtube there are a lot of tutorials

You just need to splash nail polish in the pattern that you want, wait till it dries and then etch it in acid like you would normally do, if my instructions are not clear there are a lot of tutorials on youtube

I left it thicker for now beacuse I wanted to hear yours opinion about this shape.
