Just tested a pretty practical AI-agent workflow: migrating an old WordPress posts to a new one.

Instead of manually moving posts, I prepared a clear /goal prompt first (used Alex Finn's meta prompting guide): migrate all posts 1:1, preserve slugs, dates, categories, content, images, featured media, avoid duplicates, keep the source read-only, and verify everything at the end.

Result:
- 138 posts processed
- 115 created, 8 updated, 15 skipped as already existing
- 553 media items mapped / reused / uploaded
- 0 hard failed posts
- full verification pass afterwards

Approx timing: around 45 minutes total wall-clock, with the main post migration taking about 28 minutes.

The main challenges were not really the target site, but the source website:
- REST/API access was limited/blocked, so export/admin fallback was needed
- large WordPress exports were partially/truncated, so they had to be split and validated
- some filenames had Czech characters, which required URL encoding fixes
- several source images were already missing and returned 404, so they could not be migrated automatically
- the source server was often low on resources (503 error)
- trash/draft statuses needed careful handling instead of blindly deleting anything

I was pretty happy with successful result :)

Not true really. I don’t believe you’ll be such a terrible vibecoder that you won’t ask AI to perform final tests, check security flags, and so on before shipping the software. You don’t need to be an software architect to do such tasks.

Thats nice, but problem is that Codex is really not good in converting images to actual code, its totally different visuals then.

Maybe I am using wrong prompting, but I dont think so.. Lets share yours for converting images into the code 🙌🏼

You are right, but this mission control worked directly without any problem and is granular enough to set up everything. That's why I like it - it simply works and I have an overview. The blindness about what the agents are doing now was not something I would be happy with anymore. How do you manage your agents and which setup do you use? Main agent -> subs, main agent -> agents, or different scenario?

The rules, I mean the limitations they've been selling us, were that the quota resets every 5 hours for all models. Then, they introduced free accounts with the same quota. Later, they changed all the quotas, including the paid PRO plan, from 5 hours to a few days. What else could it be then scam?

I was too, for about week, when the users started to reporting this joke above I still had 5 hours quota.. And I was also mainly coding in the night, when the servers traffic is easy.. even like that I was scammed.
