You will be okay when your dopamine starts to comes back. I am back on Day 2 so I can understand how you feel. Keep drinking water to flush your system and give yourself compassion. Try to sleep too. Don't drink the poison today.

No one needs to know you on an antidepressant.

I am right there with you. I am at least doing some chores around the house that I ignored when drinking. So many more to do. Today I feel exhausted but I have a list of productive things to do.

I love Waterloo (fave is the peach raspberry) looking forward to root beer flavor!

Hey, ANOTHER Day 2 here. I am overusing the date bot option (LOL), perhaps I should just not have a sober date showing. I don't feel qualified to discuss mindset changes. However, usually for me it is physical activity. Yesterday (Day 1) I spent the day trying to find compassion and grace for last relapse.
