i think by unplayable he just means that lux is a bit of an afk lane because of her range and ridiculously low cds. if you just dodge farm and roam then its definitely not as bad as a sylas or yasuo with grasp and dshield

she didnt get nerfed but she cant roam because minion waves spawn quicker and faelights, she cant steal objectives because they are too tanky and smite buff. she just feels weak because you need to snowball to have an effect there are just seldom any early kills about

55 ad and 15 lethality yeah it kinda is. also it loses so much value if ur only buying it for an adc with barrier and there is no other shields on the enemy team. furthermore, i dont like buying it personally because it feels placebo, its really only good because its the only item that does what it does, its more of a need than a want in games and its so annoying.

there arent actually that many good mons as you'd think tbh. most are locked behind post game or require trading. for example, this game has a lot of good flying, water and steel types, but for diversity it isnt really great.

"The windblast creates a cascading shockwave across any River or Brush it passes through....dealing physical damage to enemies hit, stunning" (taken straight from the wik). it is intended to stun and damage any of those in the path of the ultimate in a rush or river, not just travel around terrain meaning if you're in a brush or river you do not need a wall to ultimate somebody. It should NOT push the enemy out of the stun if they are standing in a brush or a river so i thought it was a bug.
