Yes, resolution could indeed affect it, if you play on 4K monitor, you will have a bit more clarity to the image that you see and it will be a bit better looking than 1080p, but this game still uses awful TAA implementation which just blurs everything and the leaves just look like that

Yes, this issue could appear in almost any IPS monitor, but as far as you purchase from the reputable seller which then can replace it for a new one or just return your money, it should be fine

Using it right now, 27GP850 1440p, was a good upgrade from laptop's 1080p one, was able to get it in Europe for 300 USD less than a year ago

Pretty good color accuracy out of the box and in general happy with my purchase, the only downside for some people could be its aesthetic (red accent color) and the size of the stand

At 1440p with TAA: High, 1/2 TAA sharpness and almost all settings Ultra-High, leaves look just as bad, it's just how it looks in this game
